At GizmiHaul, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before shipping; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product than what was shown on the product page, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • A clear parcel opening video is required.

Important: Parcel Opening Video Required

To ensure a smooth and fair claims process, customers must record a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel.

The video should:

  • Show the sealed package before opening.

  • Clearly capture the entire unboxing process.

  • Show any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product.

Unfortunately, claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may not be approved without a parcel opening video.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • A product significantly different from its description or images

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Parcel opening video

  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene and personal care products (where applicable)

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
